As part of the ewoIndividual project, ewo supplied a specially designed spherical luminaire made of PMMA for Vienna's Reichsbrücke bridge, which provides uniform lighting. By the end of 2026 at the latest, all old models of luminaires in the city of Vienna will have been converted to LEDs.

The "Rombrücke" project in Bolzano shows that ewo thinks ahead when it comes to sustainability: only the lighting technology had to be replaced for the upgrade to LED technology.

At the Rombrücke bridge in Bolzano, Italy, 10-year-old ewo luminaires underwent a complete upgrade – without being replaced.
